    Leases are typically one year, with flexible month-to-month options available afterward

    Rent includes water, electricity, internet, access to the shared wash area, 24/7 building access, and on-site security.

  • Is parking available for my clients?

    Yes, there is a parking lot located behind the building for you and your clients. 

  • How is rent pricing determined?


    Pricing is based on suite size and features such as natural light and in-suite plumbing.

  • How quickly can I move in?

    Most suites are move-in ready, allowing you to get started as soon as your lease is finalized.

  • Do I need to bring my own equipment?

    Suites are delivered clean and ready for you to set up your space. Most professionals bring their own tools, products, and personal touches to make the suite their own.

  • Can I customize my suite?

    You’re welcome to personalize your space with your own furniture, décor, and branding to make it feel like your own.

  • Are there suites with plumbing?

    A limited number of suites include in-suite plumbing. The rest of the suites have access to a shared wash area.

  • Can I share a suite with another professional?

    Suite sharing may be allowed depending on the situation. Contact us to discuss your specific setup. Occasionally, double suites become available for professionals who want additional space or plan to share with a partner. Reach out to check current availability.

  • Is there foot traffic or walk-in business?

    The Suite Life is designed for professionals who bring and manage their own clientele.
